Ricin appeared as a toxin conjugate with various murine mabs that Chiron derived from merger with Cetus...used in early patent applications(filed as early as 1986-7) that were ultimately unsuccessfully used as priority evidence against DNA in a patent infringement suit brought by Chiron against DNA's Herceptin.
