I don't think it would cause much of a sell off. At this point, i think whoever's holding UBQU is a true believer in what the company is doing from a sales point of view and isn't prioritizing the name change.

I think the company stands to lose more credibility by continuing to dangle the name change carrot month after month (clearly finra is denying them again and again for reasons unknown) then if they come out and say its not that important after all and move on.
