What I find interesting... and has been forgotten... is that it wasn't long ago that someone posted that they had bought shares directly from the company!
The poster was very credible!
If true... there should be a MASSIVE shareholder DEMAND that they ungag the TA! Let's face it... are there really any facts about the current share structure?
Why this folly to take the company private with this InWith ruse?
If they "had the goods", InWith would not have been hatched!
