Whitey, in reply to your Q, the answer is I don't know. Pitching a tech story pennyscam in Africa is the bottom of the barrel - nothing techwise begins in Africa. Nothing. And MYEC is nothing, so it makes sense to pitch the Africa angle because nothing else would be even remotely bleevable.

So I don't know - it seemed fine to me.
