That being said it is a publicly traded company that needs to put the same effort into into keeping their filings up to date and having press releases. The shareholders have taken a monumental hit in the last seven months as the company has been quiet . A 10k filing is now 22 days past due, could be delinquent any day, the price per share is at .015 if it falls below .01 it will be dropped to OTC pink sheet status . Please respond Thank you
