Correct. The only thing the FCC cares about is if the licenses sit in limbo. The question is are the unsecured ($30M due) and Art Samberg ($100M+) going to take it back to the BK courts. But the FCC will take into consideration the fact that these are loose ends and a shift back to the BK courts could delay this for years. This is something the petitioners pointed out.
