Wordlender, you claim the company doesn't have access to the clinical trial data during the study, what is your source for that? My 10+ years of clinical research management would suggest otherwise, as a matter of fact the company has a liability to actively be reviewing clinical study data for adverse events or unexpected outcomes. While they may have hired a third party clinical research organization to manage the clinical study for them (which begs the questions, why does BPTH have so many clinical study personnel on the pay role), as the sponsor they have a responsibility to know what's going on with THEIR study!

There is absolutely NO reason that BPTH can't provide, at a minimum, enrollment updates on a quarterly basis. Especially considering their failure to execute any project to date. Investors need to know that something is on schedule and moving forward as expected.
