Homebrew, before u make accusations like that, please provide proof that both companies are scams because if you look at the news on both companies they have been making acquisitions of real companies and the other has made a deal with FUJI FILM as well as other things. Thats better than 90% of the companies in pennyland. As for the document showing a share exchange between SP $L and PKGM, please provide proof that it is a typo, if you can't defend your positions with facts then all your doing is posting your opinions that are not based on any facts.
