$RDAR is a under valued sub-penny stock right now, however, they will be uplisting to otcQB platform--where there is a strict requirement of having a PPS (price per share) of at least .01 for at least 30 days prior to getting uplisted. All of this should go down by end of Q2 (so this June). Get in now, and thank me later!
