Don't know what to say. Summers seems to be the only one with a strong head for business but looks like he got screwed as well. Really thought he was brought on to turn this around but it appears they only used him for the Doheny connection. Then they never even gave him all of his shares as promised. He supposedly only got 513k of them. And they're only paying him $3,500 a year???? Won't be surprised if he quits in the near future. Too much heat for not enough compensation imo.
