Some good suggestions but none of them will make a cent of profit.

Also, when sold in bulk, one would expect the cost per pancake to decrease to a very competitive price.

It is impossible to become anyway near the same price as conventional pancakes. The cost of the can alone is more than the batter inside.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
