Licensing Agreement between CEEK VR and Next Galaxy
The agreement reached calls for
a royalty to be paid to Next Galaxy Corp,
or a lump sum payment of $5M for the IP
to be transferred.
As well, exists the possibility for the company
to enter into other business ventures
to create value for the shareholders.
