Well that's a pretty big problem, I agree. It's been a major question mark from the beginning: How is it that those who are oh-so-dilutable and who have been shown EXACTLY how that dilution works in a 10-1 split not long ago, that had ZERO effect on private holders of Nanobeak with special clauses and who sit in a company tower purposely made of private shares and non-dilutables in Delaware, stand to gain? Much if at all? It sure as H ain't "Nano mobile" that's on the prototype device that's been seen. Retail shareholders appear to be a disposable trojan horse more than anything else.
So we wait and see how all that goes.... this isn't about "personal anguish" lol, this is about real questions and zero accountability for years and years-- including right up to the present day. The recent activity has done little to assuage those concerns and talk is cheap. Sure I'd like to see them do something but there is nothing, up one side and down the other, that prompts me to think they will, or if they've ever had a single non-inner-circle shareholder's interests in mind. We're not looking for Mother Theresa here-- we just want people to act responsibly. And in Trump times, accountability is far less likely-- heck this may be why they've decided to move forward, for all we know. There is lush irony in these points, given the industry these Captain Americas align themselves with.
