NYSE-MKT Listing Requirements (Ideal for company's leaving OTC Market):

Listing Standard 2 requires the company have a shareholder’s equity of $4 million and a stock price of $3 a share, and the market value of the public float be a minimum of $15 million. There is no market capitalization requirement.

NYSE-MKT considers the reputation of the company’s management, its financial integrity and demonstrated earnings ability. Deficiencies in any of these areas can result in the listing requirement being denied.

Note: NASDAQ (Global Market)-($4 share offer) and NYSE (Blue Chip)-($4 share offer) have a minimum of $15 million market value. Also others factors including overall held shareholder value.

I don't throw this out there to create fear. Rather hope. If the CEO really believes in entering a senior exchange, then there could be some significance in gains. Try to imagine UATG at it's current level. Can it enter the NYSE-MKT as it is now?

Bless you guys, and lets get ready for some news!
