And of course that is a pretty meaningless question and answer. With that answer, Oggy could have sold all of his stolen 12B shares and nobody would be the wiser.

Company issuing shares and Management selling shares are two WAY different things.

Of course, If Ogburn would file his delinquent financials, we might have better info than the bogus "catch-up" Q's filed.
