I just got off the phone with Glenn and he felt there was a need to set the record straight amongst all this speculation running rampant on the board.
1.) The 14C was filed with the SEC and received no comments back from FINRA after the 30 day period. The reverse split will go into affect within the next 2-4 weeks.
2.) All prize money has been paid out as the policy stipulates. Payouts have occurred well within the 30 day period, more precisely in a 25 day time period.
3.) Good Gaming has been generating revs mainly through the Minecraft server and management's out look is very bullish, especially after the fine tuning of the subscription system is completed.
4.) All of the insiders remain locked up and Mr. Dorwart still strongly continues to support GG w/ the necessary financing. Glenn Laken and Vic are currently in touch with new money lenders and they hope to conclude their dealings with them in the near future.
5.) Further more in having spoken with Glenn, he wants me to convey the fact that GG is compliant with all of their filings and up to date in their reporting!!!!!

In closing Glenn wanted me to remind EVER SHAREHOLDER that they are free to give him a call to rest any concerns they may possess regarding their investment with Good Gaming.
