I like it. Ermanno is going to get out of Jacks Way, and let him run with it planting the same synergistic formula in every welding supply acquisition moving forward fueled by MagII. It's the birth of a franchised expansion plan under the $MNGA~ umbrella smile

In the mean time Ermanno will be busy setting up Germany with the parent companies largest equipment sale in history kicking off the waste division vertical while acquiring the Coal Combustion Technology Co. "Making meaningfuel progress" is all Errmano can say about that acquisition now but the writings on the wall that it's going down with the recent addition of the new CFO, Jake Mahoney, along with the Welding Supply subsidiary formation (structural adjustment) that is the franchise formula of subsidiaries posting healthy gross profits. Yes, there will be a Coal Tech Subsidiary under the umbrella soon too.

The Company has been trimming the fat so the $MNGA~ parent company moves forward EBITDA positive then the profitable C.C.T. Company will merge MagII directly into the co combustion market where the results speak for themselves without any more research overhead. In the mean time, Germany is paying up front for licensed territory like Green Arc of Texas, and Louisiana did, but in a very big way. Check out where Germany is at with Hydrogen, and tell me it's not a Cinderella slipper fit to merge MagI, or MagII produced from German waste processing into their expanding hydrogen supply infrastructure:

There's nothing to prevent Magnegas from being a 20 million dollar revenue producing company by end of 2017 with the Coal Technology Company franchised subsidiary acquisition adding 15mil all by itself. That figure can be doubled or better year over year under this franchise subsidiary acquisition model in all three division sectors: Welding Supply (USA), Waste Treatment to Fuel. (Germany), and Coal Tech (The World) smile

Why? cause we got patents, and the know how. The world is knocking on MNGA's door now smile
