I do however see a massive RS once AMBS fulfills their $2.5-Mil. LOI capital raise obligation (if they even can)

and the updated filings have been completed...

informed sources say the books were quite literally "cooked" under the auspices of Bobby Farrell, Esq.

apparently seems that Farrell and Sason were holding hands under the table

until Josh called an audit and hung Farrell out to dry for $800k

subsequently it will take some time for D&D to unwind this mess and get the books presentable again
