Fibertower Corp fka FBBT

Does anyone else find it interesting that:
1 - Fibertower website, not a mention that they agreed to be acquired.
2 - AT&T mention was a low key comment in an press release about project air-gig.
3 - The only other commentary out of the two parties has been within the parameters of the FCC system. Nothing else.
4 - Anyone get the feel that they are trying to push this thing through on the sly
5 - Also surprised that with the release of the StraightPath news that no one has dug deep into the Fibertower situation including the present petitions, replies, and responses and wrote up something about the situation and how the two largest owners of spectrum have engaged in fraud.
One being Fibertower completely defrauding their unsecured creditors and common shareholders and the other being StraightPath pulling off a fraud on the FCC and the American People.
6 - Anyone else find it interesting that the unsecured creditors($30M) or Arthur Samberg 15-20% ownership have not made a move yet? They for sure are much smarter than I and have the resources and incentive to do something but what would it be that they do?
