Leadership means addressing problems before they become unmanageable.

Here in Tennessee, our Governor knows he has a road problem, and this past year he has tried to raise taxes to deal with this growing problem. Unfortunately this is Republican controlled State, increasing taxes to build and fix the roads is always voted down.

Meanwhile everyone suffers economically because of bad roads, congestion on the highways. and lost productivity. Sometime you can just sit in traffic on the Ridge Cut, eight lanes of traffic going nowhere, sometimes for hours, but why address the road issue, when you give a tax cut to the rich.

Of course all of those cars and trucks just sitting in Chattanooga really adds to our air quality.

We effect the climate and our towns in so many different ways, I even heard water is necessary to sustain life, but look what leadership has done in Flint, Michigan, and almost 250 cities and small towns all around America. You cannot even drink or bath with the water system that is provided.

This is America, did we really need to breath or have clean water, let's give another tax cut to the rich.
