They offer software technology/licencing....the principles also have another company called Vivaris where they probably use to make phone calls emails and co-ordinate things from. But maybe dodnt want to have the same address as a conflict or confusion so theybjust used another address.

From what I understand its not the type of business that requires large real estate to operate....how many tech employees do you hear that work from home as well, plenty, major companies encourage work from home to save rent costs
