I've seen a few post saying the company has been in business for 20 years. You are only half correct.

The ticker has been around for 20 years but the original IBRC was defunct and out of business 3 years ago.

When Ogburn picked this up, I think around the end of 2015, it was only an empty shell company.

Just want to keep the record straight for the newcomers.
