I hear ya. Lots of crap like that goes on with hiring people. I'm in a small town. I figure they hired someone's son or cousin. My ex brother in law told me I was way overqualified for the position. Oh well it is what it is I guess. Just bummed about not getting it. Lots of retirement benefits for it.
