Okayyy.... Well I know in July of 2015, Mexico deregulated their energy, however, I don't know of any company outside of Mexico being able to re-sell energy there...yet. This is interesting because it appears the "sellers" of Enertrade have some connections or some such thing with Mexico that they were able to hold that out as a carrot on a stick in order to retain an interest in Enertrade.
