This is the hyjacked website by William Bills. The official website as referred to by the BIA is http://winnemuccaindiancolony.weebly.com/

William Bills is an imposter with no Indian blood and who says he was adopted. The Tribal Constitution forbids adoption of those with no Indian blood.
