Col, I would be careful about stating the "facts" regarding the MM or WM (unless you know something?). We only know test are being done in Thailand for a Sri Lanka Taxi Operator- 20% of all 3-wheelers in Sri Lanka are already using meters. Hopefully the MM will take some market share. Other parts in the world are just speculation at this point.
