Here's a question for you. Last years 10K was late until May 9 AND DID NOT EVEN REQUIRE AN AUDIT!!


So we are using the same excuse this year except now they are to be audited.

So basically you can't get an unaudited 10K until May 9 in 2015 and now suddenly you can get AUDITED ones done before May 9.

Not believeable.

This guy is throwing excuses for everything.
