Yes...I throughly understand Rossi's dilemma ....been there done that many times...the process is a nightmare to say the least especially because there are so many things out of your control. I would not be so naive to think he waited to the last minute to start the process...you are way off base with your comments

shareholders have no clue as to what actually is required from day to day to complete filing....you have to experience the event yourself
