I don't think the share price was walked up to just trigger warrants. There was forthcoming news and data that helped that move. We should be able to get a bump once interim results start coming in hopefully but that isn't til later this year at the earliest. The phase 1 data in the next couple months could help but it's just phase 1. We need to be at least $6.00 for the C warrants to be convertible but then we would need the holders to convert. We have been in range of the A warrants forever and those still aren't all converted. Just because SP is within range of conversion price doesn't mean the warrants will be converted. Regardless warrant holders would most likely wait until SP is well above conversion price. Doesn't make sense to convert at market price. I believe the D and/or D-1 warrants come with an option for the company to force conversion but we need SP to be at $9.00 for that. Either way we will see what happens. I'm holding my shares for a while.
