Many defining moments over the years I've been aware of this company. A few stand out:

1. Marvin announces that FDA approval has been granted for nano-titanium dental implants, yet he and his crew manage to turn that success into failure.

2. Huge metals deal with Carpenter, yet Manny and Marv manage to squander millions of dollars and turn that deal into a failure.

3. Miraculous cancer detecting technology announced, "thousand times better than a mammogram", yet after 7 years still not able to achieve success even with lab mice.
