Is there too little interest in funding PBIO?

The initial S-1 was filed almost 4 months ago!

I have a feeling the pricing (if the deal even gets done) is not going to be favorable for most current public shareholders.

But a new board member and hiring of sales staff speak somewhat to confidence the financing will take place. If so, it becomes a matter of, at what cost?
