OTC Newbie Question.... does the L2 or other chart show how many sell orders do not get bought ?

I want to thank the members of this board for the back and forth and (to me) great questions and answers. As a former programmer, I always have learned more from reading other's code than just the book.

All of my other investing is just buy and hold. This is more interesting.
