You should not be too hard on yourself. I turned 20K into over 100K in 2014 when all this was going on. When your making money all is great. I was naive also and lost most of it back. IMO there is not much to do now but wait, see if anything happens.
I would do it all over again, just sell off more than my investment. Live and learn? Something like that.
