Wow, stop the press! Desperate CEO speaks again.....this dude reeks of desperation and is clearly not focused on actually building a company. All the guy does is worry about PPS, that is because he needs to dilute for cash.....oh, wait, he just announced dilution deal to raise funds.....give me $100K and you get $120K of stock a year from now.......what happens if this goes belly up before that? Not having any stock in the account is like him giving someone an IOU and saying trust me with a wink and wave of the pinky ring! Wow.........
