Any & all convertibles (CDA's) have very precise rules that must be followed & adhered to when issued. 6 months to clear for sale into the public for SEC fully reporting company's...12 months for alternate reporting company's...now a judge ordered 3(a)10 agreement can be initiated in a matter of about 3-4 weeks for either type of company yet NO funds can go directly to the company as it can only be used to pay off balances on the company's book..aka vendors
