The 8k stated the debt will be paid and closed on by July 31st. Takes about 2 months to close a BO and the company was for sale until 4/9 per previous 8k. Timing adds up perfectly. Besides, you never close on financing without having something lined up. They couldn't have said we're getting bought out anymore besides using those actual words.
