.....our opinion on this ITR APPEAL nonsense...............................

...."Based upon the foregoing, the Court sustains the Trustee’s objection to the priority of the FDIC Claim. The FDIC Claim shall be allowed in the amount of $4,081,335 as a non-priority, general unsecured claim against the UW Bancorp bankruptcy estate".......................

.....what judge tommy mac is saying in his 9/16/16 summary judgement is.........the tax refund ain't the FDIC's.......clearly..........but that the FDIC has a legitimate, non-priority claim, if it desires one, and kimmie is ok with this......Trustee Si-Rod is ok with this.......

.....which would be superior to uwbi's, by definition of rule 510(b)..............imo..............

...SO WHY THE F/- would the FDIC APPEAL this ruling if the FDIC will clearly get the $4mm on the back end of the BK......?????...........
