Quick question to all: why Tens of Millions of shares were dumped at the Lowest-Possible-Price 0.0001 just a while ago? Perhaps it was due to very risky "SEC Reporting - Delinquent" status (see the link below)? That status could lead to all the common share's cancellation (such as safc and mfth etc. did in 2017)!

Anyway those Tens of Millions shares of 0.0001s sellers must be in fear of the horrible share's cancellation risk thus they dumped all their BRNE shares at 0.0001s to get rid of the unlimited risk here!
