Yours as good as mine. A lot going on. Not all of it has to be completed at once. No need to audit LTCP just yet. Can issue new shares right now if wanted and existing shares will be valued by the market. Buy and sells are a reflection of supply and demand (without interference) for company shares outstanding.. Little need be said regarding business plan and their approach to fulfilling..greater substance after results prove themselves.

Just paperwork now in setting up the "new" company (preexisted and simply underwent an approved R/S and rename process).

Management could introduce one step at a time OR choose to wait until all their ducks are in order there as well (as you stated).

Just rooting for a step (milestone) completion myself.
