We know that JAG is in control of InStep Holdings and Ross controls JAG - GRCU shareholders should be aware that Ross is a serial scammer and much like Robert Hipple with SKTO/AEGY - the SEC takes great joy in taking down multiple offenders.

We must all do the right thing and contact the SEC and file a detailed report about Ross and GRCU to get this disaster suspended as quickly as possibly.
