I am assuming the audit finalizing is necessary to determine the value of the entities HAON is merging/spinning off. Since LTCP went public for a reason, I would expect lots of news related to that company, growth plans, merger importance, etc...

I would expect the divy cut off date to be sometime after all that, imo
