I agree, can not allow a hard heart to spoil the day, I jus turn it over to the good Lord and let Him sort it all out....The subject of forgiveness, to me, is a really good discussion & study, much in the Scriptures say forgive & be forgiven, much is said about if one does not come around, just knock the dust off your feet and move on....to me, when I move on, I also put the issue aside and let God sort it out, reckon it is what it is, but then I have to maintain a good heart....reckon the bottom line is ---don't walk around with a chip on your shoulder.
Then I wonder about folks that have nothing in common with a situation and offer forgiveness.....Say a person shoots several folks in another state, city, or any place and they have absolutely no dealings with the living or dead----how can the offer forgiveness, no harm to them, no repentance yet they say I forgive that person for what they did.....here is where I get in trouble, I have said, in the past---"Wait! God is in the forgiveness business, we do not wipe someone's sins away"....see how this subject can get tangled up a bit----especially when I ain't the best communicator...lol----God Bless
