Folks, the complete picture of all the remaining payments in bankruptcy, subject to court approval, are, and always have been, in black and white in the bankruptcy filings. There is no reason to speculate on what is owed. Yes, there is some uncertainty of the exact amounts that will be paid, but at least you can get a good idea of the general amount!

The most dangerous thing is to assume another shareholder's opinion on those numbers is correct! (Remember the "there's a secret filing that says L3 is going to increase their bid", which was a statement from a shareholder that was assumed to be true without anyone (except me) questioning it? Why assume? Why be burned again by assuming an uninformed opinion is accurate? Just read the damn filings! Understand the damn filings!

Personally, I can't imagine owning a share in this without having a spreadsheet with all the figures taken from the filings. Investing without that is just investing on hope and wishes, instead of facts. Investing on hopes and wishes is how we've gotten from 75 cents to 10 cents in the past year to two!

Obviously, many of the numbers I've seen are missing the side of the barn.
