Compensation is fine.
But you can't cheer-lead everything the company is doing without doing any DD.
The two new directors ar not really from a top notch companies...but you still cheer-leading.

Just do your homework...the company might do well (and I like current CEO), but will take time and money to prove it...and they got a lot to prove...
