I checked with the transfer agent and the following is the current stats:

Shares outstanding 254,514,672 with some being restricted, however they are still able to trade in time and so add to the dilution.

Float is increased to 78,035,572 up from that posted on the OTC
Asked about name change and they were not aware of a name change.

This looks like another scam by David Loflin so if you are a share holder tread very carefully.
Looks like the only ones pumping this company are the people loaded with shares. Its being hyped to protect their investment.
