If the deal is so good just have a series A round and have private people loan them the money. Dilution is ALWAYS a bad thing because it makes your investment worthless. By definition increasing the number of shares lowers the value of existing shares. This Co. is a scam so they can not raise any funds other then by creating a endless stream of bag holders.
