The only reason for the RS is to maintain the minimum bid price to stay on the NASDAQ... a two for one would only take them to a $1.80 so more likely it will be a 3 for 1 split... so if your holding 6,000 shares you drop to 2,000 and the price would be, based on yesterdays close $2.73. But that wont hold until they at least begin to the new Phase I/II trials...not worth the gamble so I bailed as well.
