Majestic Oil & Gas Inc. Announces New President and Board Member

MORGANTOWN, VA / ACCESSWIRE / April 20, 2017 / Majestic Oil & Gas Inc. (OTC PINK: MJOG) ("Majestic" "MJOG," or the "Company") today announced that it has appointed Lawrence S. Zeliadt as its President and Member of the Board of Directors.

Majestic is pleased to announce the appointment of Lawrence S. Zeliadt as its President and Member of the Board of Directors. Lawrence Zeliadt is from Des Moines, Iowa, where he attended Grandview College and the University of Iowa. Mr. Zeliadt served honorably in the United States Army as a pilot and was the founder a successful air charter company. Mr. Zeliadt is a seasoned executive and understands business at the highest levels. His philosophy and business acumen make him well suited to contribute to overall corporate governance.

Mr. Zeliadt commented, "I am excited to be on the MJOG team and help lead the company in a new direction.
