ninernax, you are absolutely wrong to state a R/S is definitely going to happen because of the provision in the 8-K/A.

The fact is, is that it didn’t happen.

The other fact is that it can no longer happen as described in the 8-K/A.

The 8-K/A clearly says that the R/S would be performed by Kistler.

He didn’t do one before the change of control went to Oncolix. Period.

The 8-K/A that you keep referencing is irrelevant to any debate moving forward.

If you want to make the argument that Oncolix, its officers and Board of Directors could still do a R/S, I would agree with you.

Although, it has become increasingly less likely in the last few days, because Oncolix has updated its website with relevant investor information, released their corporate presentation for investors, as well as posting the biographies of their officers, directors and company advisors.

Its extremely rare for a company to take these actions prior to a unfavorable R/S, even on the OTC.

Companies generally release this info after a substantial change to their share structure.

IMO and FWIW.
