Well, well, well. Davies is, apart from being an attorney suspended when he was picked up on drug charges, Adam Tracy's favorite "APO" PIPE financier. Things didn't work out so well for him with GOFF, though; he (and Tracy) were sued by the buyer of the shell.

What about Wentworth Hightower Opportunity Fund? Its "organizer" is Cheyenne Moseley. That name rings a faint bell, but perhaps I looked up Wentworth sometime in the past.
